Our Masha coffee from Haile impresses with its full-bodied, sweet flavor in a truly unique way. A note of fresh citrus fruits and green apple takes center stage. The consistent base is the aroma of dark chocolate.
How is Masha coffee processed?
The red, ripe coffee cherries are picked by hand and sun-dried along with the pulp, which gives the coffee a sweet and strong flavor.
In our roastery, the coffee is freshly roasted daily using a gentle drum roasting process to preserve its aroma and natural sweetness.
In addition to EU and US organic certification, the particularly sustainable cultivation of the beans is also recognized by the Rainforest Alliance and UTZ .
Which preparation method do we recommend?
Our Masha coffee from Haile is suitable for all common coffee brewing methods. Due to its fruity notes, we particularly recommend filter methods such as V60, Chemex , and Aeropress . It is also excellent for fully automatic coffee machines and unfolds its aroma beautifully in a French press.
